Refunds Policy

Payment of a premium does not constitute confirmation of cover and it is instead a request by you to incept, alter or renew insurance arrangements.

If an Insurer is unable to provide the cover requested by this payment, Kerr Henderson will refund the premium in full to the payee. We will endeavour to do this within 5 working days of us discovering this is the case.

If an amount in excess of the amount paid by Kerr Henderson has been paid, Kerr Henderson will refund the excess in full to the payee. We will endeavour to do this within 5 working day of us discovering the overpayment.

If a payee makes a payment and then decides to cancel the cover, cancellation will be in accordance with our standard terms of business which is available on this website or enclosed with your policy or quotation documentation.
